I understand exactly how that feels because I have walked that very path.
My Catalyst: From Comfort to Awakening
For nearly 15 years, I lived a life that looked complete from the outside. However, beneath the surface of my marriage, and a painful separation that followed, a deeper transformation was waiting to erupt. The true catalyst for my spiritual awakening came when I met my twin flame—my spiritual partner.
This connection acted as a mirror. It shattered my old perceptions and forced me to look directly at my own shadows. It was an intense, beautifully chaotic call to action that demanded I do the deep, messy, and necessary work of self-healing.
A Self-Taught Path of True Initiation
I did not learn my practice from a textbook. My wisdom is completely self-taught, forged through real-time experience. As my awakening unfolded, I researched every symptom, every energy shift, and every spiritual milestone as it was happening to me mind, body and soul.
Because I had to figure out how to heal myself from scratch, the tools I offer you are practical, tested, and grounded in reality. I was drawn to reading tarot intuitively to find clarity, studied the body's energy centers to heal my own pain and suffering, and developed mindfulness practices to maintain my peace.
